light slowly

crosses the stream

the wallaby leaves

wind sends

the forest flailing

ocean sound

fire reveals

the old berry farm

corrugated forest

clanging not singing

on the night balcony

wind chimes

getting the lip balm

left on the table

panties from the guestroom

creeping into bed

she wakes

she sighs

below the curtain

hiding the stars

half on his mat

bay before night

waves lap lone footsteps

behind us

pancalac creek

waiting for waves

to open the inlet

cold and still

construction tape shivers

betray the breeze

mad bright world

in the roof tonight

     - down lights

stilled on the path

so tall so young

these mountain ash

life

in the snap trap

leaving…

dancing above

stand-still traffic

   the exhaust cap

sleeping house-

water in whisky

by the heater
